The most honest and caring contractors you will ever meet! They were not only knowledgeable and quick to respond to our flood, but also very comforting in such a terrible time. They truly made a very difficult situation a pleasant experience. It was nice to have a small business feel in such a large and reputable company. We felt like a member of their family during the entire process and they had our trust from day 1 with their honesty. WooHoo! As good as it gets! is an understatement!

We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that went through the wall into the bonus room, and downstairs into the formal dining room and pantry. My insurance company had me contact the corporate office for SERVPRO. I was told that I would receive a call back within the hour. I not only had a call back, but also had a crew of three in my home within the hour. Jim, Mike and the rest of the crew answered all of my questions (and there were a lot!).

They protected my entire home with plastic on the carpets, as well as the openings to the dining room. Within a few hours, the crew had all of the damaged drywall; baseboards and tile removed and had fans, de-humidifiers and air scrubbers running. I am a TOTAL neat freak - and they did a wonderful job of keeping my house clean!
