Water damage in Eastvale, CA

Pictured here is an affected bedroom on our first, and then once again on our last visit. The carpet in this room, as well as the affected drywall and baseboard, needed to be removed. So much water had soaked into these materials that they were eventually deemed non-salvageable, and were since removed. This loss originated from the home owner's AC system, where it leaked down the walls in several rooms and affected the ceiling, carpet, and numerous other materials in multiple rooms. Most of the drywall removed in this particular room was demolished due to a high saturation level.
