Engineered Wood Flooring Removal, Eastvale ,CA

A water heater's hot water supply line failed while the homeowners were out for the evening. The entire bottom floor of the home was under at least an inch of water. Unfortunately the owners had just replaced tile flooring with the engineered wood two months before this event. Utilizing past experience, having performed many engineered wood floor removals, we proceeded with taking up the materials with a "Bronco" mechanical tile and wood floor apparatus. While obviously upset, a plan of action was laid out and concluded on schedule. Our customer was appreciative of the assistance and completion by the SERVPRO Norco/Mira Loma Team.
