Bedroom Mold

Called to perform a dryout for a water loss, the loss became a mold remediation. Stemming from an upstairs line leak from the kitchen, water damage led to the entire area covered in mold and had to be remediated. Our team was dispatched to handle the demolition of any affected materials were mold growth was present, and once the wood framing structure was exposed, our technicians went to work. Setting up the appropriate containment, sanding the faces of the studs, and then treating the area with a wipe down and spray down with a sanitizing spray. Withing a few days this area passed a mold spore clearance test, and this customer once again had a clean, habitable home.
